There was a pretty strange incident that happened where people from other universes ended up in mine. Norman was one of them. Otto Octavius was another. Do you know him? He's here too now, which is pretty wild.
I don't know the whole story in Norman's own universe. He wasn't just a supervillain. But he did really bad things in our universe.
